MKE Steel Detailing, LLC is the largest American steel detailer in the Pacific Northwest. We have earned a strong reputation for accuracy, timeliness and responsive customer service throughout the west and beyond – Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, as well as New York, the Bahamas and the South Pacific. Since 1973 we've provided structural and miscellaneous steel detailing services for more than 2,200 projects. Projects include bridges, hospitals, marine structures, office buildings, residences, schools, and transportation structures.

Our team of steel detailers and checkers receives extensive and ongoing training to keep our SDS/2 expertise razor-sharp. We are uniquely positioned to offer the highest quality product to every customer, every project, every time.
Fluency with creating 2-D and 3-D models is a corner-stone to producing highly accurate drawings. Clean, accurate files enable the steel fabricator to cut and drill the steel to exacting specifications. 2-D, 3-D and BIM modeling files enable general contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to spot and resolve issues early in the process – helping to keep projects on-time and within budget.
